We don't usually drift because we stop caring. More often, it happens one responsibility, one opportunity, and one decision at a time. The good news is that purpose isn't something we have to find all over again. It's a place we can keep returning to, helping us reconnect with what matters most as we continue the work of building.

Sometimes the challenge isn't a lack of passion or commitment. It's becoming so immersed in the meaningful responsibilities, opportunities, and possibilities of life and building that we slowly lose sight of what we're building for.
