Together we will walk through exercises that will allow you to slow down and think through what you're doing and why you're doing it.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
The vision carrier. I don't mind working with department heads or leads, but the boss/the vision carrier has to be on board, present, and involved. Vision starts from the head down and if the leader is the one who spearheads changes to structure, messaging, marketing and vision, it's easier for the changes to infiltrate an organization.
Its varies.
For packages, typically between 3 to 6 months, sometimes more. It depends on the package you select, the depth of your vision, your availability, and the time and work needed for us to complete things with excellence. We will take the time to ensure everything is done right and no stone is left unturned. This process will take time but it's worth it. Specific deadlines can be discussed before we make things official.
The deposit is 10% of the package's total price, the starting price plus any add-ons. You will know exactly what your deposit is before we make things official.
Each package has a starting price. If additional time and labor from me are needed due to the complexity of your vision and any add-ons determine the final price.
Payment is in full or in the agreed-upon installments. A deposit is required and paid when you sign your contract, whether you're paying for your package in full or in 3, 6, or 12-month installments.
Yes. I understand, especially when getting started that resources can be scarce.
You can pay the cost of the package all at once or break it up. We can discuss this more together before we make things official.
If you do pay the entire cost of the package within 30 days of signing your contract, I will give you a settlement discount of 5%.
The Packages are tailored to fit who you are, your vision, and who your vision serves. Each package comes with all the listed items. You can’t pick and choose individual components. If you’ve already got something covered, that’s great! We will just move on to the next step, and the component will always be there for us to work on down the line if needed.
