Meeting Cancelations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a meeting, you can do so up to 24 hours before via the confirmation email you received after scheduling the meeting. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before, please get in touch with me at info@justclearandsimple.com and advise as to why.
Payments
For Packages A, B, or C
A deposit of 10% of the package cost finalized in our “Let’s Talk” meeting is due when you sign the contract agreement is signed. The deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining payments are to be made according to the payment terms agreed upon in our contract agreement.
If a payment is not completed and there is no attempt by you to either make a payment or request a new payment schedule in 7 calendar days from when the original payment was due, all work on my end will cease until payment has been received.

The total cost of consulting is due when the agreement is signed unless you request a 2-part payment plan.
If using a 2-part payment plan, 50% is due upon signing of the agreement and the rest 2 weeks afterward. If the 2nd payment is not completed and there is no attempt by you to either make a payment or request a new payment schedule in 3 calendar days from when the original payment was due, all work on my end will cease until payment has been received.
Service Cancellation and Refunds
Just Simple and Clear is under no obligation to refund or relieve payment obligations due to cancellation of services or no show.
That being said, please see below.

If cancellation of services are needed, please contact me at info@justclearandsimple.com as soon as possible and advise as to why.
Refunds are as seen below:
Up to 48 hour after agreement is signed
Half refund or full credit (if no payment plan was used, available for use up to 1 year later)
48 hour after agreement is signed
No refund; Full credit (if no payment plan was used, available for use up to 1 year later)
Extenuating circumstances will be considered.
For Packages A, B, or C
Once the agreement is signed, you have a grace period of 3 days to cancel and will be refunded any amount paid minus the deposit to the mode of payment used when the deposit was paid. The deposit is non-refundable.
After 3 days, payment obligations may not relieve payment obligations in spite of cancellation of services. Extenuating circumstances may be considered. In that case, solely at the discretion of Just Clear and Simple, a refund may be extended minus deposit and services rendered.
If you need to cancel the package already begun, 14 days written notice must be given.
Payment obligations will NOT be relieved in the case of no show, for any reason.
