When It Seems Like ALOT

This is a lesson that I'm still learning...
Letting go and letting God lead, even in the to-dos.
Involving God in the big things - no brainer. And of course, I ask Him to help and guide me before I start my day.
But involving Him in every little to-do? Isn't that a bit much? I mean I know what needs to be done. It's just a matter of doing it. Right?
But every time I involve Him and do it His way, everything falls in line and there's peace.
The times when I don’t, I always regret it. Because when I look back, I see that He really did know best.
And I see the time, energy, and money I wasted.
All because I was afraid, I wouldn’t have what I needed…
Or that I would lose my edge…
Or that I was falling behind…
Or that I would lose out on those who needed my help.
Involving God in the to-dos doesn’t make you a mindless robot. It simply admits that there are pieces of the puzzle that you don’t see. And that He sees all.
He sees when we’re overwhelmed and the to-dos that didn’t need to be done anyways or could be done in a different way.
He sees when those you are meant to help aren’t ready for it and your rushing to get to them will only tire you out.
He sees when the "what" and "who" you need to complete a task, project, or phase of your vision aren’t in place yet and that you’d just be wasting time, money, and energy trying to complete it now.
He sees where your focus for your vision should be, so you're prepared for the right doors that’s about to open.
He sees the resources you need and how to get them to you.
He sees the connections you need and how to get you there.
He sees and He cares.
So, make plans for your vision. Plan away. And get stuff done. But in your planning and doing, give Him ALL of it. Ask Him how He wants you to go about it and then follow His leading.
It will save you a lot now and in your future.
