The productivity tool that changed my life.

“If I only had more time, then I could…”
We’ve all said it. This elusive “more time” that exists somewhere in the future - when everything on the list is done, and you can finally breathe.
Unfortunately, “more time” rarely comes.

So, what can you do?
Before you manage your time, manage your energy instead.
Manage Energy First
When I learned to manage my energy instead of solely my time, everything became easier - even managing my time.
I started getting things done… with less time.
Because I was no longer pushing myself to do things just because they “needed” to be done.
Because I was doing what I could truly handle.
And the guilt of “not doing enough” began to lift.
Do I get it right every time? Absolutely not.
But the more I do this, the more peace I feel as I move through to-dos.
And I like my peace.
Ways to Manage Your Energy

Save big tasks for high-energy times. Match your heaviest work to your times of high energy - perhaps mornings or after dropping the kids off at school.
Break up to-dos. Break project to-dos into smaller, doable steps so they fit your available energy, not just the clock. You build momentum that way, too.
Do something lighter or step away when energy is low. Small progress still counts, and it makes space for tackling heavier tasks later.
Plan ahead. There may be times where you may still have to push through and do demanding to-dos. Have a plan to rebuild energy in place, for either before or after the demanding to-do (or both).
Rebuild energy on purpose. Intentionally create space to rebuild energy during your day, filling it with what fills you.
Be honest about what you can do. Admitting and communicating your capacity can prevent the push altogether.
Delegate where possible. Release what you don’t have to carry.
Final Thoughts
Managing your energy isn’t about slacking off. It’s about working with yourself, not against yourself. Combine this with time management, you’ll get more done with less pressure.
And when it's time to call it a day, you will end it in more peace.

Putting It into Action
Before you tackle today’s to-dos for your vision, ask yourself these three questions:
What do I have the energy to do today?
Do I have the energy to do this right now?
Where can I conserve or rebuild energy?
Then manage your time around your responses. Making small shifts here add up over time.
If your vision is starting to feel heavy or unsustainable, maybe it’s time to try a different way.
That’s what my packages are built for: helping you build a lighter, clearer, more sustainable vision. Explore the packages here.
